GAMERISE DISTRIBUTORS PVT LTD operates as a wholesale B2B distributor. As such, standard consumer retail return policies do not apply. All sales are considered final unless explicitly agreed otherwise or in cases of dispatch errors or severe transit damage.
2. Transit Damages & Shortages
Any issue relating to transit damage, quantity shortage, or incorrect dispatch must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. You must provide supporting documentation including clear photographs of the damaged outer packaging, damaged goods, and the original invoice/delivery challan.
3. Verification and Resolution
Upon receiving a damage or shortage report, our team will review the claim. Resolution may involve a replacement dispatched with your next order, a credit note applied to your account, or a partial refund, subject to verification and our specific commercial arrangement.
4. Return of Goods
Goods may not be returned without prior written authorization from GAMERISE DISTRIBUTORS PVT LTD. If a return is authorized, items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our direct error.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment or provided as a credit balance against future orders. Processing times may vary depending on banking operations, typically ranging from 5 to 7 business days after approval.
